[请求] Who knows where to fix computer???

My computer is borken.
I can't turn it on, I think most likely is the CPU or power supply's problem.

Anybody know how to fix it??

you have the manual of the motherboard? if so,
1.open the case
2. read the manual, find where the power pins are(I don't know how to say this in english, just call it power pins, they are over 10 pins together, some are power , some are reset, some are HDD led and etc..)
3. short the power pins, then the computer should be on
4.check teh CPU fan.
