OTTAWA — Firefighters quickly put out a blaze that caused about $200,000 in damage at an abandoned house in Lowertown Sunday night. Emergency crews first responded to the fire at 215 Clarence Street at about 8:51 p.m. They had it under control just before 9:30 p.m.
