男人们的腰围初见粗壮时，常被恭喜『发福』。可惜，『福』兮往往祸之所依，渐放的裤腰已经被证实是发生慢性疾病危险的形体信号。
根据人民网报导，更不幸的是，『发福』已绝非中老年男人的专利，不知不觉，越来越多的青年、甚至少年，带着与年龄不相符的腰围指数提前步入了腰带渐宽的大军。这下，问题就不一般了。
雷池之外有五大危害
择一清晨，起床后让老公立正站立，用软尺测他脐水平线的围度，连续测三次，取平均值，这就是他的准确腰围了。读读这个数字，如果大于90公分，就意味着你不能再对老公的腰围陌不关心，视而不见了。因为它可能预示着不小的5个隐患。
1。腰围越大，患高血压的危险性也就越大。
20-30岁间腰围增粗，高血压的发生率要比同年龄腰围正常者高1倍;40-50岁间腰围增粗，高血压的发生率要比同年龄腰围正常者高50%。
2。更易发生高脂血症。
有研究表明，腹部型肥胖者比普通人患高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症的风险高数倍。并且常常出现『该高的不高，该低的不低』——低密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白异常升高，而本该高的高密度脂蛋白反而降低。
3。更易发生大脑动脉粥样硬化。
他们的大脑血管又硬又脆，容易在高血压的作用下发生破裂，引起危险的脑出血，甚至危及生命。统计显示，男性腰围增粗者脑出血的发生率是正常者的3.6倍;国外研究表明，在肥胖程度相等的情况下，腹部型肥胖者(腰粗)脑梗塞的发生率比臀部型肥胖者(臀部肥胖)高3-5倍。并且，与腰围正常者相比，腰粗者中风后的机体恢复能力明显降低。
4。心绞痛和猝死的发生率较腰围正常者增高4倍。
有的学者提出，腰围超过标准腰围30%以上者，10年之内发生冠心病的机会大为增加。

The recent guide only requires a translator's declaration for the translation.
for "护照出入境章", 一般朋友翻译的should be OK.
The only requirement for the translator is that "translation by family members are not acceptable", which means any non-family member can do the translation with a declaration. On the other hand, a certified translator doesn't require a declaration.
Pls refer to page 7 of the most recent guide:
"Translation of documents
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
1 .English or French translation;
2 .certified copy of the document; and
3 .translator's declaration.
Note: The declaration must include the translator's name, the original language of the translated document and a statement signed by the translator that the translation is accurate. Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit.
