Avoid CT. Here is my experience.
Three years ago I buy the 4 snow tires and 4 steel rims together from CT and installed by CT I didn't feel any problem afterwards when driving alone.
However, after a few days, when I drove my car to Toronto (5 men total in the car) along 401. Everytime there is a bump, I heard a very scary sound from the back of the car. We stop and check, and finally found the side wall of the rear tires had scratch!! The reason, the tire side wall is *hitting* the car body when there is bump! So dangerous in the highway, and we have to travel @ 80km/h and slower the car whenever there is bump ahead.
(When I drive alone, the rear suspension is not under same presure as 5 men in the car, and that is why in the first few days I don't notice problem).
After I arrived in Toronto, I went to find out why, and a tire specialized shop point to me that CT gave me the WRONG steel rim. (The offset of the rim is wrong therefore the tire is in an outer position than it supposed to be.) I went back to CT and they claim that is the right rim according to their computer/supplier. I got my refund on the rim and installation.
At that time I know nothing about car and I trust their service. If an experience technician in CT can take a quick look after the installation and the wrong rim will be noticed right away.
