A 30-year-old man faces charges after a Boxer breed dog was wounded by a crossbow bolt in Val-des-Monts, Thursday morning. MRC des Collines police say the dog was shot at point blank range at about 10 a.m. behind a house on Périneault Street in Val-des-Monts.
