This is a Chinese case, I don't expect many of you would be aware of this story. But the nature of this case has raised national and internation sensation because of the unimaginable damage it has done to the victim and her family, and the fact that the suspects are not held accountable for their evil conducts after 19 years. One of them is currently living in the the States and seeking American citizenship to get away from potential charges and social criticism in China. Please stop her and sign this petition to the President of the United States to stop her attempt. Please, U.S. does not need another criminal and potential terrorist, and the victim's family is counting on your support to long-awaited justice. By the way, the Chinese government is blocking information, stop that to help the helpless victim and family!
Here is the video about the victim's story, it is hard to watch, but it is truly the hard reality of her life...

10万签名，确实门槛很高，但是现在涨得也很快啊！中午我看到的时候才100多，现在过2000了。
这个Petition 就是华人上的MM 发起的，所以不必往那儿转了。
国内天涯好像还没有封杀朱令方面的内容。我看了一下那个Petition 的Terms & Conditions, 没有限制必须是美国身份才能签名。
10万签名，确实门槛很高，但是现在涨得也很快啊！中午我看到的时候才100多，现在过2000了。
