OTTAWA — Police have charged a Perth man with stunt driving on the Victoria Day weekend after he was clocked going 157 km/h in a 60 km/h zone. A Lanark County Ontario Provincial Police officer was stationed for laser enforcement on County Road 10 when the 20-year-old zoomed by Saturday afternoon.
