I did reserve one over there, and it's really cheap. But I doubt they would offer me that price. Basically the rate is for travller not for local rental.
did you rent any car from this website before?

Yes, you can get the final price with other fee and TAX from the web, And please don't forget to read the prolice carefully first, print it out and show the reservation to the rental court later on.

I just find another way:

Call car rental agent: 521-3751. You will get best price in Ottawa area. My friends just call them to book a mid-size car, two week, CND$ 417( after tax, no insurance).

and you should call the car rental company after you got the confirmation number.

That's a good price. However as you may know, 2 weeks rent must be cheaper than 2 times 1 week rent. Like 1 week rent cheaper than 7 days daily rental.
