Gatineau police probe woman’s claim she fell on a knife

Gatineau police have not ruled out domestic violence after they responded to a call at a home early Tuesday morning to find a woman with a stab wound to her stomach. When police arrived at the home at 101 Baie St. shortly before 1 a.m., a 33-year-old woman told them she accidentally fell on a knife.
