Use Atlantic salmon fillet (no bone, no scales).
Cut into thumb-sized pieces.
Add salt, sugar, pepper, a bit of veg-oil and soy-sauce.
Mixed them up well and let them rest for 2-3 hours.
Place them in baking pan on aluminum foil or wax paper, ideally the pieces not touching one another.
Pre-heat oven to 415F and bake them for 20-25mins.
Let them cool down and this should be a very good finger food dish.
