Koussei Kurbaj says he’s excited to introduce Dubai to Ottawa after winning the Mr. Dubai 2013 pageant. Kurbaj, an Ottawa wedding planner, beat out 19 other contestants and, he says, as many as 1,500 applicants to win the three-part pageant in Dubai last week.
