Firefighters battle massive bungalow blaze

OTTAWA — A firefighter fell through the floor of a burning home Thursday as he and his colleagues battled a blaze in the southeast area of the city. The firefighter wasn’t injured in the fall, which took place at a bungalow at 4234 Thunder Rd. He managed to pull himself out from a basement window, officials said.
