to be delivered to school from source. but I can not do it because I am in canada now, but I have signed Reference Letter and Sealed Transcript from source, can I use it for application? Can the university reject it?
Such As: McMaster receive sealed Transcript and signed reference letter, but say the school will reject the application if received from applicant.
