有人做过Chip Wagon生意吗?

楼主要做好吃苦准备，很辛苦
1 多参加events, 因为events人气很高，营业额比平时高很多很多
2 不太清楚Kanata 规定，但是Ottawa city 管理除了byward market 之外的所有city properties 的经营权
3 印象中你需要考一个食品安全证书,卫生设备，安全设备符合相关规定就可以

季节性强, 可能也就7个月,再加上雨天,风天, 赚钱的天不太多. 但可以参加一些event, some good event, 参加一次,差不多抵上打半年labor.
我知道一个最好的,是一个food truck,4天的event,做了$200,000,但象这样的event,不容易进去.
普通的,2,3天的event,做个$2000-$10,000,depenting which one you attend and the weather too.
It is very hard work.
If you can change the type of your food,like add Asian style ,make it different, so very easy to get any event.(because almost all the event has chips truck).

The equipment ,go to check the kijiji, sometimes has used food truck for sale.

这儿的数字可能有误，4天做了$200,000, 每天是$50,000, 每天按12小时计算，每小时是$4167, 每份食物算$5.00, 每小时需卖出833件食物，每4.3秒就要出售一份食物。

其次, 我要买个或者租个chip wagon, 工作人员要体检, 要买insurance ...
最后, Annual 费用倒不贵: The fee for an annual mobile refreshment vehicle for 2014 is $489.00; for an 8 month license $325.00 and $161.00 for a special event for up to 30 days.

对我来说,估计这个chip wagon干不了了,听说do zoning change cost tons of money. 我已经打过电话给zoning office了, 有人回答后我再update.

请问有人做过Commercial property 的zoning change吗? 要花多少钱？

Kanata 以前有个脱衣舞厅，后来关门了新主开中餐馆，当时那个房荒了好久才开张，改 zoning 好像费了好久时间
