Steele-Morin wanted on Canada-wide warrant

Montreal police have issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for a murder suspect and are offering a $5,000 reward put up by an anonymous donor for any information that leads to his arrest. Phillipe Steele-Morin is wanted for second-degree murder in connection with the death of Tricia Boisvert. Boisvert, 36, was killed on Jan. 17 in her Montreal apartment. Her body, however, was found six days later in a wooded area in the Pontiac.
