Ottawa man wins religious rights complaint against Commissionaires

The Ontario Human Rights Tribunal has upheld the complaint of former Commissionaire who said he was denied top-secret security clearance needed to work at a government agency because of his religious faith. Tyler Cybulski successfully argued before the tribunal that his interview was cut short because he told the panel he was Catholic and believed armed conflict is wrong.
