发生在洋葱车行的往事
我在YMH换得刹车有问题。我就去洋葱车行。我要求换原装刹车盘和刹车片。他们说没问题。给我预定的时间是第二天3：00pm. 第二天我3：20pm 到他们的车行。他们说你来晚了。在修其他的车。我等，一直到7：45pm， 他们说：“ 你把钥匙留下来， 明天你来取车就行了“。 他们安排了一辆非常旧的车，让我开回家。我开这他们的旧车不到1公里，我就不敢开了， 我开回他们的车行。 我坚持要等他们修完我的车。
我站在修车的窗前看他们修车。 我不然间想看看我的刹车盘和刹车片。于是我就问老板，我要换的刹车盘和刹车片在哪？ 大老板说：” 二老板知道“。 于是我又问二老板，二老板说： “大老板在找”。 我一听就有问题。于是我走进修车室，找到大老板。他无奈的拿出原装的刹车片。我问原装的刹车盘在哪？他沉默不语。我到配件的地方找，只找到一般的刹车盘。根本就没有我要的原装的刹车盘。到此时他们恼羞成怒，还恐吓我。 我没见过这样厚颜无耻的人。
我所说的是事实。 只是提醒大家，要眼见为实。修车的车行确实比较黑。

你都有不好的经验了，干嘛还去那修。车行有的是
我觉的吧，去洋葱的好多人，都是图便宜，语言好沟通。既然这里回贴的所有人都各种抱怨，那就别去了呗，有钱就去dealer修，dealer各种服务好，有问题了也马上能解决。要不就自己学手艺自己修。
我也去洋葱修过车，有些程序上确实是更严谨一点的好。两个老板人都很好，解释的也很清楚，什么问题都能亲自show给你看。bodywork也做过，都没有什么问题。我相信他们的人品，毕竟人家也是正经做生意的。
我觉得一分钱一分货，洋葱价位算中等，有比他们更便宜的，那活儿就别提了，都是没license的mechanic，那才是真的cheap work。关老板他们做工很认真的，我觉得我花的钱值得。今后还会去。

1) First of all, I would like to clarify your work with us is more than just bumper and rear tail light. Your work involves, replace and repaint front bumper, replace and repaint rear bumper, repair and repaint passenger side rear quarter panel, passenger side rear taillight, oil change (free, you requested) and ATF change (free, you requested) and some other smaller items. Total bill is close to $1300. It's a major repair, your $100 interac receipt is kind of misleading, although I understand you just want to show the timestamp.
2) 还说了一句“我选择相信我的员工”，说是我里程表有可能出问题, I said“我选择相信我的员工”, but you said "说是我里程表有可能出问题", then I replied 'maybe'.
3) I understand you take a picture at March 20@10:33am, and another one when you get home at March 22@12:19. This is just a bit more than 48 hours. For that amount of work, with less than 48 hours. You can double or triple check with other body shop how long does the job takes. For this amount of work, we just barely finish all the works and your requested of free services. Unfortunately, our staff did not record the time and the mileage you dropped of your car. It's very difficult to penalize our staff for unsupported ground.

Please do no spread rumors, if you need to blackmail us, please contact the car owner, investigate, or at least read the full post before you said something like this. That issue is resolved, if you need the result, read the post from 1st floor to end.

We are mechanic, only to ensure check safety and find out possible accident. We are not insurance company or carproof-like organization. If the car repair perfectly, it's almost impossible to spot. This statement "WTF 看来缺德事没少干••••••" is totally irresponsible.

I remember your vehicle, as our regular combination, we usually quote OEM brake pad and aftermarket rotors for general recommendation. Possible the communication was distracted somehow and we didn't pickup that you want OEM rotors as well. In the bill, we charge you aftermarket rotors, it's not that we charge you OEM rotors and give you aftermarket ones. "到此时他们恼羞成怒，还恐吓我。 我没见过这样厚颜无耻的人" I think you should take back this statement as we never did it. If you decided to keep this, it's fine.

We only did that to customer that is unreasonable to us and post threat to our staffs.

Your comments to our shop has increasing in negativity. I advise you to stop posting irresponsible comments if you never visit our shop or had 'bad' experience. By listen to others and continue improve your imagaination in the negativity zone won't help improve any situation.

I understand this is an unpleasant event, no body wants to see this. We are learning from mistake and will take this seriously. All dropped off vehicle must record mileage, and sign work order before work proceed. This will elimiate LZ's issue, as well as cindy1967 issue as well.

他现在还是吸取教训了，早干嘛去了，遇见我这种脾气不好的把事情po到论坛上他开始吸取教训了，目测有很多人遇到这种情况只是没有让大家知道而已。。。
