A 47-year-old man has been charged after a 35-year-old woman was groped at the Billings Bridge bus station last month.
Police have charged Michael Blacquiere, 47, with one count of sexual assault.
The woman was walking at the station after she exited an OC Transpo bus around 3 a.m. on May 12 when a man grabbed her and touched her inappropriately.
Police said the woman doesn’t believe the man was on the bus with her.
The man ran through the parking lot when the woman started to scream.
He was gone by the time police arrived. Police made an arrest after they made an appeal to the public for information.
