Ottawa police are reporting a two-year-old child was abducted by his father at Tunney’s Pasture Thursday at around noon.
The two were on foot. There was no vehicle involved, police said.
The child is described as a black male with short black hair. He was wearing a navy blue polo shirt, yellow denim shorts and grey and black running shoes.
Police are asking anyone who sees the child to contact police immediately and call 911.
