车被撞了，我该怎么办

打電話給自己的保險公司，把警察給的報告給他們，責任不在你，别擔心。
最好去看看自己的家庭醫生。因爲一、两天後肩、脖位置可能會有疼痛，要需要物理治療可以跟保險公司報消。
要是車上有car seat，或你自己戴眼鏡有損壞的，別忘了告訴保險公司，那些都有賠償的。

其实我是想节省时间的，甚至下车看了我的车没有太大问题，都想开车跑路了。可我毕竟还要修我的车的，就是想知道以后遇到这样的问题该怎么做
我拍了照片，要了对方保险公司的信息，驾照号码，我是不是就可以离开了？大家有什么好建议

以你說的情况幸虧你當時没有離開。因爲有三辆車involved，直接撞上你車的那工程車司機還是無牌駕駛。你要是走了，另一個司機可以說他没直接責任的，那就麻煩了。。。

Call your own insurance company, give them all the info you have in regards to the two other drivers, your insurance will deal with it, you won't have to do a thing! That is why you are paying for the insurance!

This is very unfortunate, here is what you should do:

1) if you car still drivable, drive home first, otherwise, tow to garage;
2) contact your own insurance and report to them with police report, cars and person involved;
3) adjuster from insurance will contact you;
4) appraiser will contact you;
5) if bodily injury, visit hospital to check up, tell insurance company too

别开玩笑了，安省的no-fault insurance，保证了在理赔的时候，你的保险公司把你看成敌人，而不是客户，因为不管是否你的责任，你的保险公司都不能从对方保险公司拿到钱。
