Police believe there might be additional victims of an unlicensed massage therapist after a woman reported that she was sexually assaulted by a man at a west-side spa.
Police said the woman went to the spa for a massage on Monday after buying an online discount coupon.
A 54-year-old man whom police described as an oriental male, five feet, eight inches tall, with a thin build and weighing about 150 pounds, was later arrested.
Quan Kai Chen, Chen was charged and released with conditions. He is to appear in court on Sept. 8.
