Firefighters made quick work of dramatic kitchen fire in a home south of Manotick Saturday.
Ottawa Fire Service received the call at 10:47 a.m. when several neighbours reported smoke and flames from a home on Rideau Narrows Drive.
Crews were able to quickly control the blaze and remained to guard against hot spot flareups.
There were no injuries and investigators have not established a cause.
It’s not know whether anyone will be displaced.
