去美国见中国来的朋友，送了茅台，顺手放到桌下。谁知让打扫房间的顺手给扔了。当时老太太在房间，打扫房间的偏说我妈同意扔的。 可老太太根本听不懂英语，不可能进行交流。茅台放在包装袋里，根本不像垃圾呀。以下是我接到旅馆经理的email:

After speaking with the room attendant who cleaned your room, it was brought to my attention that while she was cleaning your room, there was an older woman in the room watching television. This woman had told the room attendant that the bags under the desk were trash and needed to be removed. From our conversation at check out, this is where you stated you had the alcohol stored in a bag.
At this time, it is my belief that this honest miscommunication is what caused your alcohol to be removed along with other trash that was in the room. I am very sorry that the bottle was removed however the room attendant was doing as instructed.
