Of course multiple network cards can work together in one computer, or maybe also a few sounds cards. But if you just want buy one basic model, do you feel good if the salesman sell you another set of redundant cards without letting you know?

Who said that? Have you read Tolgar's agreement? If not, why are you so sure about that? As far as I understand, Tolgar did not deny the warranty. They just don't want to test it for free.

Are you saying you are a knowledgeable prople?
I can't see in this context, anybody asked friends to install computer. Why are you talking this here?
Or you just want to be clear that even you are knowledgeable, you won't help because 专业人士的时间和精力是值钱的.

What did you expect 火凤凰 's truly intention? I don't think she was going to listen to your unhelpful lecture and arbitrary conclusions.
I don't think that her English is 蹩脚的英语. I don't understand why her English hurts you? It is not an academic journal paper, where everyone has to write English perfectly. However, from the context, I can't see you want to help here.
I write in English just because it is too slow to input Chinese (for me).

. ”怎么说呢,你英语真的好就不会到这里来抱怨了,该商店店员面前以及Ottawa Citizen网站是本地最好的抱怨地,而且也是英语好不好牵出来遛一遛的最好的处所。我这个中国人英语看不懂,也不好说什么。但至少我知道Chinese要C大写,另外这句话也够蹩脚的。

大家都消消气,楼主的遭遇值得同情。 看得出来大家的出发点都并不坏。不管怎么说,这家电脑店的确不够诚信。作为店内专业技术人员,应该有义务向用户解释基本的技术参数,提供专业性的建议。双声卡和网卡毕竟不是一种regular的配置,而且目前集成声卡的技术十分成熟,如果不是发烧友,不会听出大的区别。在和用户发生纠纷后,双方的责权解释也不够清晰。希望大家把不愉快的消费经历公之于众,这对其他人是个借鉴,对商家也是一种督促。俺自认对于电脑也算老鸟了, 但最近为新装了台电脑也颇费了一番功夫。把自己的经验共享一下,希望能对大家有点帮助。
1.如果不懂电脑,请懂行的朋友帮忙或者在信誉好的店如futureshop买整机。不要买没有装操作系统的裸机。谨记电脑是硬件与软件的结合。 如果没有安装操作系统,并用正确方法连续烤机72小时的话。电脑的可靠性是不值得信赖的,配置,安装都有可能造成问题。
2.如果希望自己选配置,一定要从电脑店买散件, 自己装配。这样每个配件的保修都单独生效。购买前先在网上做一些研究。浏览一下每个配件的用户或专业review,考察稳定性,兼容性和性价比。
3.把自己的配置,post 在网上请网友帮忙提些建议,确定最终配置。
4.购买时仔细阅读保修条款。如又不清楚的地方,请商家解释,甚至补充。
5.不要在电源上省钱,尽量买品牌电源(相同规格,份量重些的为好), 我给很多朋友修过电脑,电源出的问题
最多。就本贴的个案, 俺估计也是电源惹的祸。
 
吃了亏还要受气
小女孩在这边也没有什么熟人帮忙,遇到困难非常无助,还要遭批评,人人都要懂装机么?

是挺诚实的,我同意,不过你的得有点同情心
人家不懂也不容易,遇到困难,花了钱还解决不了问题。有时间,懂的话,就想个解决问题又能省钱的方法。别冷嘲热讽
