visa还是感觉royalbank的最好，如果是学生的话可以凭royalbank的client card申请。

今天在Montpetit HALL那里看到有免费填表申请信用卡的, 还有东西送, 赶快去啊.

When I came here last winter,I went to TD to open and check account and I asked representative to apply for a visa card at the same time.I got approved without any deposit.You can try.If you are OU student.go to Uni center ASAP.MBNA mastercard is not accepting application there.If u fill out a form they will give a t-shirt or a hat or a cup.It is pretty easy to get one.I got one with the credit limit of 1500.Good luck!
