A family of four was roused from their beds by a fire early Sunday morning.
The fire began at about 1:43 a.m. in a single-family home at 3301 Wild Cherry Dr. Numerous neighbours alerted fire services, who found the house full of smoke on arrival.
Two adults and two older children had already evacuated the home safely.
The fire was under control by about 2:30 a.m.
The family was not allowed back into the home.
Damage was estimated at $200,000 and the cause remained under investigation.
