那里的菜主要是北京和四川风味！烤鸭和四川的麻辣 / 香辣都很好阿！

15% is only a normal tip, not a generous tip. The tipping norm is actually in between 15% to 25% pre-tax.

心里刚刚有点儿惭愧,仔细一看"15% to 25% pre-tax",那跟我15% after-tax也差不多.

Generally 10 - 15% tips before taxes. One thing I found interesting here is we pay two taxes for "ready-to-eat" food, in BC where I come from, we only pay GST.
Regarding the service, it is okay. Most of time, the order comes very slow. It is better to have something in mind, so right after you sit down, you put down your order and then just wait for it.
Some dishes are good, and some are not. If you come from the north part of China, you might like it better, but if you are from South China, you might be a little bit disappointed.

其实小费给多给少都无所谓, 面子上过得去就行。要是服务差，不给也有理。
卡尔顿的同学别忘了带中国同学会的卡，可以打折的。

那的北方菜不错，自称的四川香辣系列倒是一般。我猜厨师是北方人吧。。。还是做本地菜比较拿手。
里面的服务员挺NICE的。

I know that some people don't tip. Tips is a part of the cost of eating out. If you go out to eat, tip. If you don't want to tip, eat at home.

同意，而且葱，姜，蒜，辣椒什么的太多了。....

最糟的是，放了这么多佐料，却没有川菜的味道，可能作的就是合北方人口味的川菜。

我还真ORDER了一次，是一位朋友推荐的，的确不好吃。我点过的还有，夫妻肺片，担担面，小笼包，牛肉干，还有些记不起名字的小吃，除了小笼包好点外，其他的动了两筷子就没了勇气。知道跑题了，所以打住，其实众口难调。爱吃天润的人也算是有福气，有合自己口味的餐馆是满幸福的。
