怎么办！RN问题！学校说我可以用了但是我还是不能！！！

Well, you‘d better come to Ottawa if you have many though problems. Since all the admission offices are extremely busy these days. Sometimes, it’s very hard to find somebody to help you if you just go through the telephone.
If I had problems for using RN system, I would directly go to the faculty. The officer would help me to register through a special system. Since I am not a new student and I finished choosing courses already, I don’t care about being excluded by the RN system. I guess the RN should be available for new students now.
Be patient, man. Please try to talk to some officers politely; tell them you are in emergency and hope somebody could do you a favor. Being anxious and angry are not good for solving problems…

l think u'd better call the international office , l think ur problem is same as my friend. l just call international office , they help me to open the rn. ur problem probly is that u dont reponse a mail,maybe which is about u will pay the UHIP for sure. l just advise u call international office directly.
