An adult and an adolescent will be displaced after a two-alarm fire at a townhouse complex on Mary Jane Crescent on Saturday caused $200,000 in damage.
Ottawa Fire Serivces received multiple 911 calls about a fire in a garage at the end of a two-storey complex at 6374 Mary Jane. The fire was under control by 5:53 p.m.
There were no injuries reported, but damage was estimated at $70,000 to the building and $130,000 to contents, including a “newer model” car.
An Fire Services investigator was on location.
