I love this timer. The programming features are brilliant,
EXCEPT,
It has a battery which cannot be charged and cannot be replaced. So if your power goes out for an extended period of time or you turn off the circuit to do electrical work and it's off for a long time, it becomes unusable. And I don't just mean that the timer stops working. You can't even turn the light on manually.
The first time it happened to me I thought maybe it just died, but this has happened to me twice now.
It works great until it doesn't. You've been warned.
