An investigation continues into a stabbing incident on Rideau Street near Dalhousie Street early on New Year’s Day that left one man seriously injured.
Police say a fight broke out between four men early Friday. Upon arrival at the scene, police found the wounded man.
He was taken to hospital and was reportedly in stable condition following surgery.
Central district investigators are handling the case. The victim’s identity was not released.
