车子上了100就有点抖

最近开车上高速发现到了100以后就有点抖(上下抖)。上网查了一下说要做车轮平衡。去年11月换雪胎的时候在洋葱那花了100多做了四轮平衡(当时和我说四轮平衡还好，不做的话时间久了有一个轮子会出现不规则磨损，就做了)。请问这种情况是要做四轮平衡么？
车型是 2014 年accord, 原厂rim,ice3 雪胎

Vibration after driving for a while cause be the following reasons:
1) Snow stuck between rims;
2) Due to bumpy road condition of the winter roads, alignment could be off;
3) Due to condition of the road, rims could be damaged (un-round);

Drive back and we will have an inspection for you.

Dealer generally practise is first charge you .5 hour of labour for inspection. If no warranty issue (like snow stuck between wheels), they won't refund you the inspection cost.

上次VSA灯亮了 我在店里从早上等到下午3.30也没查出来，临走前跟前台说如果到下班还没查出来，明天一早我来取车。第二天上午来 拿了钥匙正要走，技工出来说你最少要付1.5个小时LABOUR才能走！
什么是免费检查！？ 查出毛病 并且不要钱 叫免费检查！对吗？
如果你们车行免费检查是CONDITIONAL的 我一点问题都没有， 你的车行 你的规矩，但你要早点告诉我，不要在我拿着钥匙要上车的时候把我拦下来，让我交钱!
