Woman's body pulled from the Ottawa River, Ottawa police investigating

A woman’s body was pulled from the Ottawa River just west of the Rockcliffe Yacht Club late Saturday morning.

The Ottawa Paramedic Service was assisted by its marine unit in bringing the body to shore along the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway near Birch Street.

Ottawa police are investigating to determine whether foul play was involved in the woman’s death.
