Ottawa police closed Second Avenue in the Glebe Friday afternoon after a truck caught fire.
Firefighters were called to Second Avenue near Bronson Avenue around 3:30 p.m. after a passerby saw a blue truck on fire.
The fire was put out shortly after 3:40 p.m., said Danielle Cardinal, a spokeswoman with Ottawa Fire Services.
Police said Bronson Avenue remained open.
