Police in west Quebec say a body found in La Pêche on Monday was that of a man who had been reported missing earlier this summer.
The Sûreté du Québec said Guy St-Jean, 51, was reported missing on July 26 by the MRC des Collines and was last seen in May. His body was found in wooded area near Chemin Pontbriand.
An autopsy is now underway to determine the cause of death.
Quebec provincial police say the investigation is ongoing.
