NWBO: Once In A Decade Best Stock Investment -- Regulatory Approvals Coming! [Dec10, 2022 在第一页加了中文简述]

If all the above materializes, we are looking at an Apple [to high tech] like biotech company in the future. From our lips to God's ears!

For those who have done adequate DDs, and are committed, stock price is nothing but a distraction, or a symbol of great manipulation, or a test on our way to the greatness.

ACER: got in around $0.71 and out about $0.85. For the percentage hike, the volume is low so the short cannot cover enough, meaning the short may strike again.

For a long wait, bang MIA approved by UK MHRA so now DCVax-L (Murcendencel) can be commercially manufactured in UK and exported out of UK.

Note: Advent Bio is the manufacturing contractor for NWBO, it is funded by NWBO, and owned by NWBO CEO Linda Liau.

Northwest Biotherapeutics and Advent BioServices Announce Receipt of License for Commercial Manufacturing at Sawston, U.K. Facility

NWBO | 59 minutes ago

One of the First UK Licenses for Commercial Manufacturing of Cell Therapy Products;

Allows Global Delivery of the Products

BETHESDA, Md., March 20, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Northwest Biotherapeutics (OTCQB: NWBO) ("NW Bio"), a biotechnology company developing DCVax® personalized immune therapies for solid tumor cancers, and Advent BioServices, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) based in the UK, jointly announce that a MIA license has been approved and issued by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for commercial manufacturing of cell therapy products at the GMP facility in Sawston, U.K.

This MIA is one of the first licenses for commercial manufacturing of cell therapy products in the U.K. To the companies' knowledge, there are only two other such licenses, one of which was just granted as well.

This license is the culmination of more than 3 years' work, including development of the facility, the teams of specialized personnel, the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and systems, well over 1,650 regulatory documents, and a successful operating history under the initial manufacturing licenses previously obtained to produce cell therapies in the Sawston facility for clinical trials and compassionate use. All of this work was carried out by Advent BioServices under contract with NW Bio.

Under this commercial manufacturing license, cell therapy products manufactured in the Sawston facility may be exported globally. Products (e.g., immune cells) may also be imported into the U.K. for production or release of cell therapy products under the facility's licenses.

Linda Powers, CEO of NW Bio, commented, "We are very excited to reach this major milestone, as it is an essential step towards submission of our application for regulatory approval of our lead product, DCVax®-L. It is especially exciting to be able to operate globally from this base in the U.K."

Dr. Mike Scott, President of Advent BioServices, commented, "It is always challenging to be one of the trailblazers. The field of personalised cell-based immunotherapy is rapidly evolving and we are collectively navigating our way through the regulatory landscape. We are therefore thrilled that the extensive preparatory work undertaken by our skilled and dedicated team has met the extremely high standards set for this commercial level of manufacturing license."

So glad you made some money out of it. Nowadays, any win is a good win. That was a short cover. I loaded some at $0.72, but will hold it for a while.

Thanks to your lead. If I hadn't been too heavy in NWBO, I would have had long ACER with a median size position. I can only put several tens of thousand shares for a trade, not yet determine to take a long position.

I think you will do just fine, at least $3 is achievable in medium term.

$3 will be great. I may not be that patient for that much. The current market is pretty wild. And everything will sink if the market crashes. Therefore, I am even scared to long silver and gold stocks. Keeping more cash might be a better idea.

The defendant MMs all file MTD response by 20 March, Posner on behalf of NWBO is going to file a amended complaint due by 4/10/23.

ACER seems to be able to hold. Good news for me.
If you bought in the $0.70 -$0.80 range, you are well posited since the co. has had a drug approved despite not a blockbuster, and with the co. in a mere $10-20 million market cap. When time is right, it may easily double. Anything more than that will depend how the co. management executes.

Congrats!

This round of busting started with people (the short) who knew the co. had a toxic financing, and shorted the stock days ahead of announcement. Patience will pay off.

[the near term risks is how the co. can fund its operation and put the drug into market. The toxic financing about 2wks ago can only last until the mid of 2nd quarter which is next month so it's puzzling why the co. had not secured more funding? Taking the drug to market and generating revenue costs a lot of money. NO sign yes which indicates the co. has the capacity to secure enough resources without crashing the price again. So caution is warranted.

Besides the risks, the co. may have deals in the making, either a partnership or buyout. If that's the case, it all depends on the details of the deal.

Personally, I would hold only the amount I am willing to lose]

I have been funking doing these things all of my life since I remembered things. Yes, I agree with the three points listed as keys for a successful life for some people, but what is the exact definition for a successful life, which is definitely dependent on who you are asking for? And obviously those who never bother thinking these things are in effect the most happiest persons on earth, thus the most successful people? the guy is trying to explain these three points as if he knew the truth, in doing so he just went against what the spirit is really about, contrarianism. Go with what you think is right, be persistent, and be happy!
