i take a guess: the cyclist was in the front of the van,then the van passed the cyclist before start to turn left,the cyclist came back fast passed the van,then the van hit the cyclist.

小区缺省速度要统一降到３０.

别的地方不知道，在卡尔加里，学校或居民小区里都有30km/h的限速地段，大家都很遵守，到那儿就减速行驶。

原因就是有测速照相和警察[emoji61]巡逻，谁都怕罚款。

自行车早就该禁止上路。市政府完全不符责任，鼓励人们骑自行车上班就好比鼓励人们在highway 跑步，完全不靠谱。没有完全分离的自行车道，被车撞的概率大概是100%，不信，你自己骑车上班一年，如果活下来了，算你运气好。

有一次我在Laurier上右转上Bank后面飞快过来一个骑车人嗖地从我车头过去吓了我一身汗！真的是看了又看还是没注意到飞快过来的自行车。现在我在有bike lane的路上转弯都先转一半，左右观察至少两次后再转另外一半。
