Mayor Jim Watson, Councillor Jan Harder, Chair of the Planning Committee, and Councillor Tobi Nussbaum, Chair of the Built Heritage Sub-Committee, will host the Ottawa Architectural Conservation Awards Tuesday evening, in recognition of excellence in the preservation of the City’s architectural heritage.
Date: Tuesday, February 21
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Location: The Innovation Centre at Bayview Yards, 7 Bayview Road
Parking: There is parking on surrounding streets. A paid parking lot is also nearby.
Attire: Business casual
The biennial awards recognize excellence in the preservation of the city’s architectural heritage. The City presents Awards of Excellence and Awards of Merit to outstanding projects in the categories of restoration, adaptive re-use, addition, and infill. Certificates will be presented to designated buildings that will be receiving plaques in 2017.
