A 15-year-old boy was rushed to hospital with serious injuries after he was struck by a vehicle near the intersection of Colonel By Drive and Laurier Tuesday afternoon.
The teenager was walking near the Laurier Bridge, near City Hall, when he was struck by a vehicle at 3:43 p.m.
Paramedics said the boy suffered serious head injuries. He was stabilized and taken to the trauma centre at the Ottawa Hospital’s Civic Campus.
