9 Langford 怎么叫价这么低?两个卖掉langfOrd 都接近70万了。是不是房价要蹦的节奏,卖房的都谨慎了?

这个9 langford的房子我去看过了,地下室整个墙面蒙的塑料布,估计是hi很潮。
一楼隔了很多间,不通透。后院基本在一个大的岩石上面。估计氡气不会少。

这个368的房子,大家看看,性价比,有可能存在的缺陷
Personally I saw two faults : 1 close major road running bus. 2. Lot is irregular shape (pie), front 49/back 40 ft, but still is better than 366,364,362 (those are 40*110). So if you do not care major road, I think it is a very good 性价比.

这个房子和380没有可比性。368是Phoenix的,新房子45万左右,标准和质量口碑一般,58万已经很贵了。380是Cardel的,13年的新房,起价就60多万。
13年的房子,到现在涨价也应该涨不少了。
这条路上的某一种uniform的新房子,2016年卖55万,2017年直接就涨了5万。

wrong, I made mistake in another post, it is RR 2013 new house with higher standard, not Phoenix. but it is a f49/b40 pie lot and small house. if it is 2500 sqft, builder original sale price was around 540k, without any upgrade.

是个小房子,我估计最多2300,可能还不到。

Probably the owner strongly dislike the bus stop nearby. Someone complained before about the chatting noises made by elders waiting buses there.
