Personally I saw two faults : 1 close major road running bus. 2. Lot is irregular shape (pie), front 49/back 40 ft, but still is better than 366,364,362 (those are 40*110). So if you do not care major road, I think it is a very good 性价比.
wrong, I made mistake in another post, it is RR 2013 new house with higher standard, not Phoenix. but it is a f49/b40 pie lot and small house. if it is 2500 sqft, builder original sale price was around 540k, without any upgrade.
