卡湖 的 41 sheering crescent 这房子看着lot 又大又深，里面装修和厨房都很新，怎么才53万不到啊？太便宜了。有兴趣的朋友讨论一下吧。

Those are all smaller issues. I think it's a valuable purchase for the price. - End

Back to Kanata Ave is a big no no . Location location location. It is not that surprising that a similar one back to the golf in the same neighborhood is priced 100k higher, even though I am not a big fan of this street.
