Two apartment building units were heavily damaged in a fire at 1566 Trenton Ave. on Wednesday evening.
Ottawa Fire Services, which received several 911 calls about heavy smoke and visible flames in a third-floor unit just before 6 p.m., said several occupants of the building would be displaced.
There were no reports of injuries, fire services said. An Ottawa Fire investigator was at the scene, but no cause or damage estimate had been determined.
