请教：公司福利有个RRSP？要买吗？

我是前Alcatel-Lucent员工，公司被Nokia收购以后，policy没改，我离职以后Group RRSP match部分转到个人账户。
mianfei所说的不准确。

Ontario (you must be at least 55 and the balance less than $21,440)， Shortened Life Expectancy，High Medical or Disability Related Costs， First Month’s Rent and Security Deposit， Eviction for Being Behind in Rent， Potential Foreclosure， Low Income可以unlock，不然你就祈祷不要被CRA查到吧。

我有lockedin的公司match rrsp类型，现在公司的match和自己contribute的在一个account里，一定年限后可以转出到自己理财公司银行的一般个人rrsp帐号

再请教一下CPP，交了这么多年，是不是每人都有一个账户？有没有地方可以查相关资料，比如共交了多少钱，退休大约每月能拿多少。

那就不是DPSP，你们该是其他计划，至于Alcatel，当年与Scotia Bank合作时时DPSP，以前更复杂Nortel部分与NewBridge部分是不一样的，合并后不久，后来改Sunlife什么了，在后来就不知道了，很多年前的事儿了。总之与公司退休计划有关，是加入计划时定的而不是退出时再定。

让我想起了那个瞎子摸象的故事．

RRSP公司部分如何处理是每个公司自己定的，因为公司是出钱方，说了算．
没必要把一个公司的做法想成所有公司的做法，这事没有对错啊．
