cover letter 怎么写？

好像cover letter很重要，怎么写呢？哪里有free的sample? 在google上也不好找。谢谢！

公共图书馆应该有类似的书，我记得我写的时候去图书馆找书来着！

现在用cover letter的公司不多了，因为大多resume都是连软带硬一起说的。在resume上加一段summary吹吹也就够了。

我觉得对每一份工作写不同的cover letter实在有些麻烦。以前找工作时写了一份generic cover letter，基本就是把resume改成一句一句的话再说一遍。
