政治人物利用职权庇护一个刑事犯罪企业就不是简单的“泛政治化”的问题了。如果真的司法独立，就该彻查此政治人物与此企业的关系。而这样一个有行贿前科的企业在技术根本不达标的情况下居然可以拿到这样大的项目（其他竞标者都技术达标），你能给了令人信服的解释吗？

还有那个司法独立。如果真的独立，为什么总检察长要放在政府内？为什么左派／右派那么热衷于任命法官？为什么老川说要干预孟晚舟的案子？如果说孟晚舟是个平头百姓，如果说美国和中国没有贸易战，老川还会干预？早就让司法独立了。
