"It would have taken five of the justices to vote to hear the case. None agreed.". 意思是要5个法官通过才能正式接受taxes case. 但是5个人一个都没有同意接受，所以根本就没有机会审判，直接把 case 枪毙了

川普的解释就是曲解。这两个法官都反对立案，但是加了一条，不能因为拒绝这个立案就引申到所有同类的案子。
