WTF, 有完没完了,下周又罢工两天, PD day 一天

哪个服务行业不是这样啊?o_O 也不是哪个服务行业都这么高工资的
不能把老师和餐厅服务员类比吧,毕竟老师的入门要求还是比较高的
 
加拿大和安省应该马上立法,关于国家民生行业的工会(比如医生,政府,警察,教师,邮局,水电气 垃圾等行业),无权组织罢工!
太贪婪了,教师行业有那么高的年薪,一年还休几个月的带薪假。不行就让贤,竞争上岗,有的是新移民愿意从事教育业,还可以带来好的教育精神和习惯。对孩子要求也比当地人更严格和好,这才是加拿大优胜略汰更进步的有国际竞争能力的未来,而不是职业水平不高却贪婪的没有职业牺牲精神的人教出整天罢工的孩子的懒惰落后的国家未来。
加拿大宪法规定,罢工是每个人都有的权利

不让罢工也行,比如警察就法定不能罢工,但那样雇主雇员双方就得接受强制仲裁,最后仲裁结果出来是什么就是什么,没有讨价还价的余地

我看现在的小学老师水平真不咋地。就剩个学历撑门面了
 
其实很多讨论老师罢工的都没有抓到重点,总之不能因为你不方便了就要修改宪法吧

前几天CBC有一篇文章很精辟,指出对任何罢工,政府都有权通过复工法律,违法的话将会有高额罚款,但是由于罢工是宪法规定的权利,所以只能在非常特殊的情况下才可剥夺。那么对中小学教育而言,什么才是非常特殊的情况呢,该文指出一般如果学期无法按期完成,影响升学,就非常可能构成特殊情况造成省政府通过复工法律。这也是为什么老师只是一次罢工一两天,而不是无限期罢工的原因。

除了第三条看上去还算比较正常的诉求,其他三条看上去政府的做法很合理啊

这要看立场。站在雇员的立场,自然希望年薪增长高于通货膨胀率,否则实际收入在下降。但作为雇主,自然希望付给的工资越少越好。没法调和的矛盾。
