更准确点的判例。楼主75%，对方25%。但这里，A撞在B的后面，A的责任也可能比25%更大一些。A没注意行进方向，可能也没shoulder check。这两个check是always ，和B有没有违章没关系。比如：“If automobile “A” is illegally parked, stopped or standing when it is struck by automobile “B” and if the incident occurs outside a city, town or village, the driver of automobile “A” is 100 per cent at fault and the driver of automobile “B” is not at fault for the incident. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 668, s. 17 (2).”。楼主即使违章也不一定是导致事故的必然/唯一的原因。在这个例子中，楼主违章超车（如果确实是违章）不会直接导致对方转弯不看路。

小区的路在法理上应该和大路没啥区别（从驾驶经验上说是有差）。连parking lot都当路处理：

我们只是看到楼主的一面之词，现在我的判断是邻居正常靠右行，到家门口左转进driverway，楼主判断错误，以为对方只是靠右停车或是别的。楼主负全责，对方要$300，赶快给了了事，因为$300搞不定修好。

左手一侧7:00am-7:00pm禁止停车，银灰色车不可能是停在那里；图片中马路右手一侧（靠镇屋大院一侧）可以停车，使得原本不窄的马路并不宽了，只能各方向一辆车了。
