很有兴趣参加，还从来没滑过雪。
想买二手的skis，有几个问题请教：新式的好象是头比较宽，有什么优点呢？有必要买新式的吗？买的时候该怎么挑选？
搞定skis就打算报名了。

现在很难买到旧式的了吧...

新式的两头宽,中间窄.易于转弯,身体不用象老式的起伏那样大.

从来没滑过的话可以先考虑租,试几次.另外在滑雪场有厂家免费试滑.试几种不同的类型也是好办法

一定要买新式的，宽头稳，容易转，容易停，速度较慢。二手挑的余地比较小，主要长度合适，BINDING新，最好上面层和底层是一体的。

租3-5次就够买一副的钱了，以后换更好的还可以TRADE IN。多找几家店，尤其是HULL 那边的。

I would say skies around 150cm is good. They should be good for a while until you are good enough to use longer skies. Good skiers use skies taller than their body hights. The longer the skies, the faster the speed. For beginers and intermediate level recreational skiers, body length skies are good.

I know someone who is at the same level as you. But unfortunately, he can't come before Chrismas.

I am not sure if that is the only one at expert level. We have many very good skiers though.
